Graduate Programme Introduction Day

Do you want to get a unique chance to meet our Recruiter, Founding Partners, and current Graduates? 

At the Graduate Programme Introduction Day, you will get a unique opportunity to get to know us from inside our headquarter in Aarhus (Denmark). If you are unable to attent physically, you can of course also join the event online. We will send you a Teams link if you choose “Online” in the form.

Graduate Programme in New Power Partners

As a Graduate in New Power Partners, you will have the opportunity to follow your passion within the renewable energy sector.  

As a dedicated and competent NPP Graduate, you will be a part of impacting our ambitious strategy for accelerating the renewable energy transition and further development of sustainable CO2-free energy solutions.


We highly emphasize the social aspect of our Graduate Programme. Therefore, we arrange social activities monthly to strengthen the cohesiveness in the team – and of course, just to have a great time together. We believe it is a great way to build up a team around teambuilding activities. 


As we belie in long-lasting relations, the Gradaute contacts are open-ended. Our ambition with the Graduate Programme is to develop talents for the future. After your two-year Graduate journey, we aim to match your strengths, ambitions, and competences with an exciting role in NPP. In that way, our newly started relation is for the longer purpose.


You will be matched with an inspiring and skilled Mentor that will guide you along the way through personal and professional challenges. Hence, you will get sparring along your Graduate journey that will help you grow even further.  

As your personal and professional development is important to us, you will have continuous performance dialogues with your leader too.


Also, as a Graduate in NPP, you will become a part of our Graduate Unity that meets up to monthly sparring meetings. The subject for the meetings differs as the Graduates take turns on arranging the topics for the meetings. This is a way for the Graduates to sparre with each other and share success, challenges, etc. despite their different work tasks and increase their network in the company.

Besides the official part of the Graduate Programme, we emphasize social activities to strengthen the cohesiveness in the team as teambuilding activities – and of course, just to have a great time together. Here, all the Graduates bring ideas to the table so that everyone is involved.

      Application and hiring process

      The Graduate Programme 2023 starts in September 2023. 

      The application deadline is on the 1st of May 2023, and we will have the interviews during the end of May 2023. 

      When we have received your application and CV, we will review it thoroughly. If we see a potential match, we will call you in for an Introduction Meeting. Please see the process here:

      • Introduction Meeting: You will have a brief talk with HR through Teams. Feel free to ask questions to make sure we are the right fit for you. If there is a match, you will be invited for an interview.
      • Interview: Here you will meet the manager for the specific department, and you will present a case that you have prepared beforehand.
      • Decision: After the interview, with will carefully consider whether there is a match between you – your personality, skills, and experience – and us.
