Comprehensive Site and Accommodation Management for Offshore Construction Projects
We successfully delivered both onsite construction project management and property management scopes for site facilities and accommodations. The site setup included a warehouse along with multiple office and welfare facilities strategically placed throughout the area.
As the operational demands of the initial CFXD project expanded, we responded swiftly by providing additional facilities—without disrupting ongoing client activities. This included relocating and rebuilding infrastructure as various port leases were negotiated for the project. To optimize space during the project extension and demobilization phases, we implemented a staged construction approach, ensuring the site was returned to its original condition upon completion.
Offsite, we provided tailored accommodation packages comprising over 135 rooms for wind turbine technicians and management personnel. New Power Partners coordinated a wide range of support services, including worker shuttle transport, professional cleaning, site catering, and security—ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
This project demonstrated our ability to offer maximum flexibility, scaling facilities to match fluctuating manpower requirements. Even as the client’s corporate structure changed mid-project, New Power Partners remained a consistent and reliable partner from start to finish.
