People Logistics
Based on our experience, Manpower Management is one of the most time consuming and critical tasks in a project. Therefore, our primary objective is to solve challenges that our clients face during daily operation.
Each solution can be tailored to the project needs, ranging from few hotel rooms with breakfast in North Sweden to +100 apartments with private kitchen, gym and 24hr reception service in Taiwan.

Site Development & Preparation
During pre-installation we find the best location, negotiate the most flexible agreement with the landowners, secure approval for construction with local authorities such as the municipality and fire department, making gab analyses for infrastructure needed and building a complete plan for setting up a turnkey solution.
We provide what our client desires by setting up a complete and fully operational site compound including main office compound, camp facilities, welfare, warehouse, site security, etc. including required infrastructural upgrade and local planning permissions.
Construction base Management
Establishing and leading the construction base for onshore and offshore projects using best practices no matter if it is an onshore wind project in a remote part of the world or an offshore pre-assembly site at a port.
Our Construction Management service and experience on more than 150 projects worldwide guarantee a lean project execution and a single point of contact for site facilities. We are there for our client all the way from early development, through installation into O&M campaigns.
