In the dynamic realm of project management, I – Gaby – stand as a seasoned specialist with over 25 years of hands-on experience within the Wind and Oil & Gas Industries. Currently, I proudly serve as the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) at New Power Partners, where my journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to nurturing talent.

Steering the Ship at New Power Partners
In New Power Partners, we have worked in different types and project phases: Bottom fix and floating Windfarms Offshore and Onshore, Power to X for Green Ammonia plants, Green Methanol Plants, Tyre Pyrolysis plants, and Bioethanol plants.

In my role at New Power Partners, I wear many hats—leader, mentor, and direct client support. As the Head of PMO, I oversee a select team of specialists in planning, scheduling, and risk management. Despite the managerial responsibilities, I remain deeply rooted in my technical expertise, often leading as the primary planning engineer and project control manager on various offshore wind and green transition projects.

Navigating Complexity
One of my current projects involves crafting “deterministic master schedules” for methanol and green ammonia chemical plants – a task that demands meticulous attention to detail and a profound understanding of project dynamics and scope of work.

For me, every workday brings a fresh set of challenges and opportunities. From conducting planning workshops to performing schedule risk analysis, my days are a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. Despite the demands of my role, I find immense fulfillment in sharing my knowledge and experience with my team and clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
