As a Graduate at New Power Partners, you will have the chance of following your passion within the renewable energy sector. As a dedicated and competent New Power Partners Graduate, you will be part of impacting our ambitious strategy for accelerating the renewable energy transition and further development of sustainable CO2-free energy solutions.

We highly emphasize the social aspect of our Graduate Programme. Therefore, we arrange social activities on a monthly basis in order to strengthen the cohesiveness in the team – and of course, just to have a great time together. We believe it is a brilliant way to build up a team around team-building activities.

As we believe in long-lasting relations, the Graduate contacts are open-ended. Our ambition with the Graduate Programme is to develop talents for the future. After your two-year Graduate journey, we aim to match your strengths, ambitions, and competencies with an exciting role in New Power Partners. In that way, our newly started relationship is for a longer purpose.

Step by Step: The Job Application Process

The application process for the Graduate Programme 2024 intake is now open. This year, we are looking for graduates in Offshore Wind Projects, Project Planning, Contract and Procurement, and Business Development. You can have a look at the job positions on our career page.

The deadline for applying is on the 31st of March.

Introduction Meeting
You will have a brief talk with HR through Teams. Feel free to ask questions to make sure we are the right fit for you. If there is a match, you will be invited for an interview.

02.

The Interview
Here you will meet the manager for the specific department, and you will present a case that you have prepared beforehand.

03.

The Decision

After the interview, we will carefully consider whether there is a match between you – your personality, skills, and experience – and us.

A Graduate Programme tailored to you

Our Graduate Programme is a two-year learning journey that will accelerate your career within the renewable energy sector.

When you start at New Power Partners, we will give you a thorough introduction to the company, our ways and methods of working, and our company culture. You will also be introduced to the Graduate Unity of which you will be an important part during your graduate experience at New Power Partners.

We believe in on-the-job learning. You will quickly get exposed to exciting projects and assignments, with sparring and counselling from subject matter experts.

You will be trusted with tasks and projects that will develop your professional competencies, and these projects and tasks are individually tailored to where you are professionally and your wishes. You will be working on various tasks during your Graduate period, and the more experience you get, the more responsibility you will be trusted.

Our experience is that your learning curve is steep. So, if you like to get challenged and grow that way, this is a Graduate Programme for you. In that way, we will do our best to support you in developing your future career.

You will be matched with an inspiring and skilled Mentor that will guide you along the way through personal and professional challenges. In that way, you will get sparring along your Graduate journey that will help you grow even further.

Therefore, it is important for us that you grow during your Graduate period, so we spend time and resources on your personal and professional development. During the Graduate Programme, you will get the opportunity to develop your skills through various relevant courses that makes sense for your individual career growth.

You will be matched with an inspiring and skilled Mentor that will guide you along the way through personal and professional challenges. Hence, you will get sparring along your Graduate journey that will help you grow even further.

Sparring in the Graduate Unity

You will become a part of our Graduate Unity that once a month arranges sparring meetings. The subject for the meetings differs each time as the Graduates take turns arranging the topics for the meetings. This is a way for the Graduates to sparre with each other and share successes, challenges, etc. despite their different work tasks and increase their network in the company. And in that way, the various experts also get invited to the Graduate Unity meetings to support the specific topics.

Socializing and teambuilding

Besides the official part of the Graduate Programme, we emphasize social activities to strengthen cohesiveness in the team – and of course, just to have a great time together. Here, all the Graduates bring ideas to the table so that everyone is involved. We see these social events as great teambuilding outside the office. We believe it is a great way to build up a team around teambuilding activities and that it strengthens your team.

Your future after the Graduate Programme

We build long-term relations. Therefore, you as a Graduate are hired on an open-ended contract. After your two-year Graduate journey, we aim to match your strengths, ambitions, and competences to an exciting role in New Power Partners. The Graduate Programme will bring you from a Graduate to a future career in New Power Partners. This is for the longer purpose.

Would you like to meet us in person? We are present at various career fairs in Denmark, and we host a Graduate Programme Night each year.

Meet us at career fairs

You have an opportunity to meet us when we are present at various career fairs in Denmark. Here, you can have a talk with our experts in offshore wind, green transition e.g., Power-to-X and Biomass-to-X, and a representant from our HR department. Also, you will have the chance to meet one of our Founding Partners at some of the career fairs.
