Who we are
our history
Over the years, New Power Partners has developed and grown considerably into being a preferred advisor and partner within the renewable industry with presence in many countries.
Our journey was initiated in 2015 by the two former friends and colleagues, Thomas and Tonni. They aspired to build renewable solutions that are of benefit to people and clients – this approach laid the bricks for our Offshore Business unit.
In 2016 our Site Solutions unit was founded with a focus on developing and executing fully tailored turnkey solutions in the onshore and offshore industries to support operational teams on site.
After more than 10 years in the company, Thomas and Tonni decided it was time to step away from their operational roles in November 2025, while continuing to support the company’s strategy and long-term direction as members of the board.
Today, we are more than 90 colleagues and headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, with additional offices in Boston, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Our founding partners
Thomas and Tonni are the founding partners of New Power Partners, established in 2015 with the ambition to accelerate the renewable energy transition through technical advisory and project management.
The company was founded with a clear ambition: to bring together the industry’s most skilled, best-in-class project managers.
For more than a decade now, New Power Partners has supported clients in bringing complex offshore wind projects from vision to reality. Today, with a team of more than 70 professionals, the philosophy remains unchanged – we continue to hand-pick the most skilled and competent experts within their field of expertise.
Drawing on extensive experience across offshore wind projects worldwide – from Site Management to Director-level leadership – New Power Partners has consistently pursued the ambition of becoming a preferred and leading renewable energy consultancy within the sector.
“Power to Projects” is the core of our DNA. From the very beginning, Thomas and Tonni emphasised strong project operational power and the ability to react timely in a fast-paced, complex decision-making environment.
While remaining active members of the board, Thomas and Tonni stepped back from their operational roles in November 2025, allowing a new leadership team to carry forward the “Power to Projects” philosophy and continue delivering great impact for clients worldwide.

We cherish a strong social community and frequently arrange events ranging from paddle tennis and escape room events to dinners and board games. It is important to us that everyone is happy with their colleagues, and you can participate in the social events to the extent you wish.
