Since 2021 Hemashree has been joining our client, Baltic Power in a position as WTG Structural Engineer and has taken on an increasing level of responsibility since.
Working closely alongside Hemashree, Nick Ingham, our Project Director, takes immense pride in witnessing Hemashree’s growth and achievements. “There was no doubt in my mind that she would complete the process and, in all honesty, such is the level of her professionalism and input towards the client that I had almost forgotten she was a graduate”.
