Hemashree’s Amazing Graduate Journey

We are thrilled about having our first accomplished Graduate, Hemashree completing her Graduation on September 1st. Her journey with us began two years ago when she joined our Offshore Wind business unit as a Graduate and was immediately involved in several different activities.

Since 2021 Hemashree has been joining our client, Baltic Power in a position as WTG Structural Engineer and has taken on an increasing level of responsibility since.

Working closely alongside Hemashree, Nick Ingham, our Project Director, takes immense pride in witnessing Hemashree’s growth and achievements. “There was no doubt in my mind that she would complete the process and, in all honesty, such is the level of her professionalism and input towards the client that I had almost forgotten she was a graduate”.

Nurturing young talents in the industry

Continuing her journey together with us
Now that Hemashree’s journey as a Graduate has come to an end, we are delighted that Hemashree has chosen to stay as a part of our team, and we look forward to the contributions she undoubtedly will make as she advances her career within our ranks.

Hemashree follows; “In my new position, I look forward to working more closely with the senior team on major projects, taking on greater responsibilities, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.”
